The Origin

Why I Built This

I spent years inside high-growth companies watching the same thing happen over and over.

Smart people. Good intentions. Total chaos. Work scattered across Slack, email, Drive, Notion, Monday. Meetings about meetings. Projects stalling because no one knew who owned what. Teams burning out—not from the work itself, but from the friction around the work.

And everyone trying to fix their piece in isolation. Marketing blames ops. Ops blames leadership. Leadership buys another tool. Six months later, same chaos, different software.

No, but we install it as part of every Lúcida engagement. It becomes the operational backbone for everything we build. If you already have ClarityOS, we skip that step and get straight to the audit.

ClarityOS is built on ClickUp, with Google Drive for file organization. If your team uses something else, we can talk through options, but the core system runs on ClickUp.

Yes. Discovery, intake, audits, build work, check-ins, and handover—all remote. You'll have regular touchpoints throughout, but you won't need to be in the same room (or time zone) as us.

For ClarityOS: a few hours to get set up and learn the system. For a Lúcida Sprint: a 60-minute discovery call, a 60-minute strategic intake, and check-ins throughout the four weeks. We do the work. You stay in the loop without it becoming another job.
